Our Process

 

Design

We use top class ixCube 4-10 software to design tensile fabric structures with absolute precision. Have the security of knowing your product will be designed and engineered for the Australian climate in mind.

 

Project Management

TFSA offers project management and planning with a turnkey approach to the design, manufacture and installation of all our products.

Engineering

TFSA takes pride in ensuring that our product takes in basic tension fabric engineering principles in design, shape and stressing, including the attaching and securing of our membranes. Engineering certification is a key component of the services we offer.

 

Installation

We will review your site prior to installation to ensure that equipment and access have been considered.

Manufacturing

At our state of the art fabrication facility complementing our pattern generation, our assembly methods include CAD/CAM cutting on our 4.2m wide automated cutting machine, radio frequency fabric welding, wedge welding and numerous forms of industrial sewing cable swaging.

 

Maintenance

TFSA provides a maintenance and repair service for existing shade structures. TFSA can also advise on the care and maintenance of your tensioned fabric structures product.
